How do you package the goods?
The balustrade and hardware accessories are packaged separately in cartons. Glass and wooden components are packaged in wooden boxes, while long stainless steel pipes are secured in fiber bags.

What is the delivery time?
Generally, it takes 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods are not in stock, it takes 15-20 days, depending on the quantity and specific production planning.
What are your terms of payment?
We require a 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the balance settled before shipment. Our common payment terms include T/T, Western Union, and PayPal. If you prefer another payment method, please let us know so we can try to support it.
