Are you a trading company or a factory? Where can I visit?
We are a sofa & chair manufacturer. Covering 10,000 square meters, you can also visit our booth in CIFF GUANGZHOU in March, CIFF SHANGHAI in September, and CANTON FAIR in April or October. Welcome to visit us.
What's your MOQ? Can I order a sample before mass order?
Yes, sample orders are acceptable. The MOQ is 5 pieces based on EXW terms, and a 20'GP container based on FOB terms. Mixing different items to fulfill containers is acceptable.
How does payment work?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight as secure and convenient payment methods.
What if I have my own design for the project? Can you customize it?
Yes, we can manufacture special designs received from our clients, as well as customize our own designs to suit the needs of our clients. We can customize the product's size, upholstery material, and metal or wooden frame. We have an R&D department and are happy to turn your inspiration into reality.
How does your factory handle quality control?
Quality is our priority, and every production process is checked by our QC manager one by one before delivery. Customers are welcome to check the products before shipping.
How long will delivery take?
Normally it's around 30 to 35 days, but we can adjust the timeline based on your shipping schedule.
